    Corporate & DealsSaudi Arabia's civil aviation regulator GACA granted an air operator certificate on September 14 to a consortium led by DFM-listed Air Arabia, Nesma Group and KUN Investment Holding, clearing a new Dammam-based budget carrier targeting 81 routes and 10 million annual passengers by 2030. Neither Air Arabia nor GACA has disclosed an investment figure or equity split.
